Before signing day wrapped up, Northwestern's Pat Fitzgerald had some cameras accompany him as he and his assistant coaches made a final push for their 2017 class.
While on his way to visit with recruits and commits in their homes, and at their schools, Fitz and his assistants share a bit of their recruiting philosophy on finding the right fit for the Wildcat program.
"Our coaches do a great job of finding the right fit by working through what we value and who we are."
"The number one reason why we've been successful is because of our young men, and we want to make sure we keep that culture in the locker room sacred and special and they're the ones that own it so it's important that we keep things moving in that direction."
