For their 2:30 kickoff at Yankee Stadium on November 17th against Syracuse, Notre Dame's is shedding one iconic tradition for one from another sport.
The Irish will leave behind their iconic gold domes, and will instead wear black and white, with some Yankee pinstripes strategically placed on the uniforms. Even the Notre Dame on the front of the uniforms has a Yankees flair to it.
