After one season on the Pitt staff, Joshua Pierrejean is off to the NFL.
Sources tell FootballScoop that the assistant director of player personnel for Pat Narduzzi is leaving for an opportunity with the Arizona Cardinals.
There, we're told he will work with the organization's scouting department.
Before joining the Pitt staff, Pierrejean held the same role for four seasons at Boston College.
While on Chesnut Hill, he helped the Eagles program rank among the nation's top 40 signing classes in consecutive seasons.
The job with the Cardinals is Pierrejean's first opportunity in the NFL, as he previously worked in business development in the Boston area prior to joining the BC program.
