Clemson offensive player development coach Durrell Barry tweeted out this picture of what appears to be a new orange chrome helmet addition for the Tigers.
To make things even more mysterious, Barry's message with the tweet was simply "Ssssshhhhhhhh..... #BestIsTheStandard".
I have no clue if there are any legs to the idea that the helmet will actually being used this fall, but judging from the 300+ retweets and some of the comments on the photo, Clemson fans would welcome the new lids.
