Purdue unveiled a new alternate helmet on Saturday. As far as alts go its, eh, pretty okay. The uniform-number-on-one-side look is probably played out by now.
But any discussion of Purdue helmets gives me an excuse to post one of the most underrated lids in college football, a black lid with train tracks for a stripe.
