There is a certain beauty to an empty stadium picture.
The stillness provides a blank canvass, a sanctuary with an audience of echoes. Adding a blanket of snow, as Mother Nature did this week across SEC country, only adds to the picturesque portrait. Thankfully, schools across the south captured shots of their stadiums in winter hibernation.

While this year's blizzard may not compare with the 2014 version, it's still fun to see southern stadiums imitate Lambeau Field circa January 1967 every once in a while.
