PJ Fleck doesn't do anything halfway. Everything has to have elite effort.
This #ScholarshipAlert from Minnesota and Fleck featuring two men (also Navy Seals) jumping out of a plane to deliver a letter from the President, and a Navy Seal is a prime example of elite effort when it comes to a #ScholarshipAlert.
Fleck has also used Sylvester Stallone, and taped a letter to an onside kick to award scholarships to walk-ons while at Western Michigan as well.
Fleck seems to raise the bar with every one of these videos and it's easy for most to see why players want to play their hearts out for him and his staff.
