BYU thumped Idaho State 42-10 on Saturday, in the process clinching the Cougars a spot in the Hawaii Bowl. As BYU accepted the bid inside a joyous locker room, AD Tom Holmoe unbuttoned his dress shirt to reveal a t-shirt with two words written across the front.
Cougars head coach Kalani Sitake and Holmoe then hugged as the locker room erupted.

BYU has yet to announce anything official, but you don’t pull a stunt like that if you’re not planning on, you know, extending Kalani… or, if you haven’t already done an extension.
Sitake, 44, is in his fourth season at his alma mater, and his contract is set to expire after the 2020 season. He is 26-23 at BYU, his alma mater.
