Since Bill Snyder took back the reigns of the Kansas State program in 2009, there always seems to be chatter as every regular season comes to an end that Synder may be hanging up the whistle for good.
With the recent resignations and retirements of college football legends like Steve Spurrier, Frank Beamer, and Gary Pinkel, I penned an article a weeks ago asking The Football Gods to not make Snyder a casualty of the 2015 coaching carousel too.
Today, we have good news to share, as sources close to Snyder tell FootballScoop that the 76 year old intends to return in 2016 to lead the Wildcats.
According to those that we spoke with, Snyder believes that as long as he's making an impact in the lives of his players and staff, and the team is responding to his leadership, he wants to continue coaching.
As always, stay tuned to The Scoop for the latest.
