Chance, selected for the AFCA's prestigious 35 Under 35 Leadership Institute in 2020, has recent stops at Minnesota, Oregon, and Colorado on his resume. He worked with the Ducks initially as a defensive analyst before moving to corners, and spent one season with PJ Fleck at Minnesota working with the same unit.
The veteran college assistant also spent two seasons as the defensive coordinator at Southern Utah, and also brings experience in the SEC working at Vanderbilt under James Franklin and then Derek Mason.
