Grambling special teams coordinator Aman Anand is joining LSU's staff, sources told FootballScoop on Wednesday.
Anand recently completed his first season on Grambling's staff, and prior to that he coached special teams and running backs at Texas Southern. The Tigers boasted top 25 kickoff and punt return units under Anand's watch.
Anand has also been the assistant special teams coordinator at Penn State and Baylor. At Penn State, the Nittany Lions boasted one of the top kick coverage teams in the nation and led the Big Ten in blocked kicks.
Anand started coaching as a student at Old Dominion and South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, with GA stints at Northern Arizona, Utah State and Memphis.
