The worst season of Mike Gundy's two decades at Oklahoma State is coming with massive changes to the assistant coaching staff.
Sources tell FootballScoop that Gundy is parting ways with offensive coordinator Kasey Dunn and defensive coordinator Bryan Nardo.
The Cowboys just finished the 2024 season 3-9, Gundy's most losses ever since taking over at his alma mater prior to the 2025 season.
Dunn had spent the past 14 seasons at Oklahoma State under Gundy, often helping orchestrate what traditionally has been an extremely high-powered offense. The Cowboys this year were held to 21 or fewer points in three of their final four games, were shut out 52-0 in their finale at Colorado and had issues at the quarterback position throughout the fall.
Nardo just wrapped up his second season in Stillwater, Oklahoma; the Cowboys allowed at least 20 points in 11 of their 12 games this season.
