A disappointing season that spiraled near its end and saw South Carolina miss the postseason under Shane Beamer has begun to usher in change for the Gamecocks program.
Sources tell FootballScoop that as Beamer heads into a pivotal fourth season, he has parted ways with running backs coach Montario Hardesty.
A former All-SEC running back at Tennessee, Hardesty had been on staff with the Gamecocks each of Beamer's three seasons at the helm.
The Gamecocks ranked dead-last in the SEC in rushing offense during their 5-7 2023 campaign.
