Friday night, as part of a pretty full lineup of games, South Florida will take on UCF in the War on I-4 rivalry game.
The Bulls, who are 1-7 under first-year head coach Jeff Scott, will take the field with some new threads for that game, as the program recently revealed some new "Green Slime" uniforms. The color scheme is an idea that the men's and women's basketball teams rolled out for their rivalry games against the Knights back in January.
Typically, I've been pretty critical of Adidas attempts at alternates, but I am actually a big fan of these. If you grew up in the 90's it is tough to look at these and not think back to the show Double Dare.
