With the decision Wednesday to move South Carolina's home game to Baton Rouge, both teams have reached out to their fans to encourage them to come out and watch what should be an entertaining ball game.
Ticket sales have been open less than 24 hours and LSU has already surpassed 30,000 tickets sold. Impressive in my opinion.
To encourage more fans to come out, Steve Spurrier joined local Baton Rouge radio royalty, Derek "The Prince" Ponamsky for this quick spot. Unable to contain himself, Spurrier, went "Spurrier" at the end. Don't leave Steve, don't ever leave.

In all sincerity, class moves by LSU over the past few days. I've seen notes that LSU's band is learning and preparing to play South Carolina's alma mater and fight song and even saw mention that Sandstorm will be played in Tiger Stadium. I expect a very pleasant Tiger Stadium crowd Saturday, which most certainly isn't always the case when SEC foes come to town. I'll see you guys in stadium.
