Over the past decade or so, uniforms and field designs have gone absolutely bonkers. Some of it works, some of it doesn't, but it's all done in the name of marketing. Good or bad, bold uniforms and field designs are done with the intent of drawing attention to the team wearing and playing on them.
But end zone designs have stayed relatively static over this elastic decade.
Even wacky field designs typically have conservative end zone decorations.
That may be about to change - at least, tomorrow night it is.

These designs were dreamed up by Nike and, as of this writing still have to be painted on the actual field. But you get the idea.
