The Houston Texans are another NFL franchise (along with the Lions and Falcons) looking to fill openings at both general manager and head coach.
The Texans were the first team to make a head coaching change following an 0-4 start ot the season, letting go of head coach / general manager Bill O'Brien. In sevens seasons, O'Brien went 52-48 and won four division titles with the team.
Romeo Crennel was named interim head coach and led the team to a 4-8 finish.

Ian Rapoport adds that Houston hit reset on their coaching search following the hire of Nic Caserio and they've already interviewed Jim Caldwell and Marvin Lewis and have requests in for Leslie Frazier and David Culley.
