Wisconsin provides a friendly reminder to double and triple check your recruiting mailings (Featured)

It is officially that time of year when we remind everyone who has a hand in creating mailings, graphics, or really anything to do with a college football program in the public eye, to slow down and double - and triple - check everything that is being sent to recruits, or placed on social media.

Early this morning, four-star offensive tackle Jake Heinrich of Urbandale, IA tweeted out the following picture of a recruiting mailing he received from the Badgers with a critical error.

Chrystmistake

You notice it? The mailing lists Chryst's last stop as the "HC/OC at Penn State," when it should obviously read "Pitt".

It seems like every year this type of mistake rears its ugly head, and then it hits social media.

If you're a head coach, make sure you address the importance of attention to detail during your next all staff meeting, especially with those in charge of putting together stuff that goes out to recruits/media/the public.
