Tony Sparano's first move as Raiders interim head coach? Bury a football

Fresh into his stint as interim head coach of the Oakland Raiders, Tony Sparano pulled a move right out of the coaches' motivational playbook.

He buried a football that represented the club's first four games - all losses - and led to the dismissal of head coach Dennis Allen.

Sparano's second stint as an NFL head coach - he went 29-32 with the Oakland Raiders from 2008-11 - begins Sunday versus San Diego.
