Back in December of 2017, USF announced a partnership with Adidas.

Now, about a year and a half later, the program has announced that they will be the first school to debut the new Adidas WVN A1 uniform. Not only that, but they will also be the only team in the nation to sear the WVN A1 uni.

The uniforms are said to deliver an “advanced fit, feel, and lightweight technical design for enhanced performance,” according to the release.

“We are very excited that in the second year of our partnership with adidas our football team will be the only one in the country wearing their lightest weight uniforms,” USF Vice President of Athletics Michael Kelly shared in the school’s statement.

The new home and away Adidas unis will feature a gold horn on the shoulder in a metallic color which will also be on the numbers and lettering of the new threads.

The uniform will see its first action on the field at home against Wisconsin in their season opener.
