Delta State will meet Mississippi College on Saturday for the Heritage Bell, an on-again/off-again rivalry game that will be resumed for the first time since 1995 this weekend. As head coach Todd Cooley educated his players on the history of the rivalry, the Statesmen were surprised with new uniforms.
Interestingly enough, the logo on the helmet falls in line with the piece we did Friday on schools incorporating their state outline into their visual presentation more frequently of late.
