The most interesting aspect of Chris Petersen's office isn't even technically in the office - it's what sits outside it, the gorgeous view of Lake Washington that makes Husky Stadium famous.
"Sometimes I have to pull the shades just so I don't get distracted and daydream out there and think about a boat on the water, so I can get some work done," Petersen said.
The other most interesting aspect of Petersen's office that
ESPN writer Chantel Jennings found in a recent tour is no longer in the office. The H.A. Award, given to a staff member who through recent actions most exemplifies what the trophy depicts, was only there so Petersen could make sure it safely made the trip from Boise to Seattle.
Aside from that, Petersen's office offers the same creature comforts that every Power Five head coach enjoys in his office. Including a shower...
... and The Seattle Room, with TVs, couches and a coffee table is designed for entertaining. Petersen's description can be used to describe just about every trinket that adorns offices occupied by himself and his peers.
"I don't spend a lot of time in here. I'm really not sure what it's for, but it's kind of cool."
