Video: Frank Martin nails the responsibility of coaches everywhere (Frank Martin)

South Carolina men's basketball coach Frank Martin has provided a number of great soundbytes over the past year, but his latest one is special.

While talking with the media, Martin explained the difference between their job as journalists and his job as a coach - effectively nailing the responsibility of coaches everywhere, across all sports.

"I get it. You guys cover our team playing. That's great. I gotta keep covering these guys ten years from now when they're grown men in society. So my responsibility to them is to learn how to act like a man, so that they can succeed, because that's what I promised their parents when I sat in their houses."

"I don't promise their parents NCAA tournaments. I don't promise their parents playing time. I promise their parents that I am always going to be a part of their lives when they need me."

"So when they're ten years removed from being Gamecocks, as far as wearing the uniform, I'm still responsible for helping them with the things that they need, and my job is to help them prepare for that."
