Yesterday we shared that former Raiders and Bucs head coach Jon Gruden was creating his own YouTube channel.
At first look, it seemed as if Gruden would be talking about NFL matchups and going through his notes scribbled on a whiteboard.
However, Gruden is branching beyond that with some additional content on tap, and today he peeled back the curtain on one of those ideas.
After being fired in Tampa Bay, Gruden famously founded the Fired Football Coaches Association (FFCA) in 2008 as a think tank for fired coaches.
Go ahead and count me among those that figured it was a satirical association Gruden was just having fun with, complete with merch like hats and hoodies.
However, today Gruden's new channel (Gruden Loves Football) gave an exclusive tour of the facility that he built where coaches can actually go and study film in person.
The building includes a giant meeting room - clearly modeled after staff meeting rooms - and Gruden also has dedicated rooms for the Raiders, and Bucs, complete with all of his game plan folders, film and practice schedules of each stop.
He has another room dedicated to his time with the Packers, Eagles and 49ers as well as a soundproof room meant to practice the lost art of quarterback cadences.
Yes, that last part is 100% real.
The entire facility is littered with great memorabilia from game balls, to team pictures, to a stolen Joe Montana playbook.
Take a look around the FFCA facility in the clip.
