The revitalization of the Jayhawks football program took a giant step forward this off season under Lance Leipold and his staff in year two, winning five of their first seven games to start the year before ending the year with their first bowl trip since the 2008 Orange Bowl.
More importantly, Kansas was able to stave off potential suitors for Leipold by making a major commitment for "reimagined" football facilities.
For the last several months, fans have had to wonder what that would look like.
Well, last night, the Kansas football Twitter account tweeted an impressive look at what the upgraded locker room and weight room facilities will end up looking like.
Everything about this looks impressive.
The changes are planned to be completed in July, just in time for camp to start in August.
