For the last three seasons of his 20's, Sean McVay was coordinating the offense for the NFL's Washington Redskins. At 30, he was named the youngest head coach in the history of the NFL with the LA Rams.
To get a peek of what life is like as a 30-year old head NFL head coach, MMQB shadowed McVay for a day early on during the Rams organized team activities, and provided a great step-by-step break down of his day in their weekly article.
The camera crew were also able get some great content from McVay, from how he's juggling all the new responsibilities, to how he starts each morning bright and early by putting together a "teach tape" and organizes his practice plan. The cameras also follow him to practice to show how he operates there, and into the offensive film room into the coaches only meetings.
Take a look, and keep an eye out for one or two things that you'd be able to utilize yourself. I know I picked up a few things as an aspiring head coach.
