Well before the new-look Indiana Hoosier's even took the field, Curt Cignetti was making statements that seemed outlandish considering Indiana's football history.
Whether its his "I win. Google me" comment at his introductory presser or "Purdue sucks...but so does Michigan and Ohio State," Cignetti has walked the walk as Indiana has enjoyed unprecedented success.
However, their body of work through their undefeated start heading into their game against Ohio State is proof that Cignetti can get his squad to back up every statement he's made thus far.
Before their home games, Ohio State holds court at a packed house "Skull Session," and last night offensive line coach Justin Frye took a pregame jab clearly directed in the direction of the Hoosiers leader.
"I learned from my dad a long time ago, those who talk and run their mouth, most of the time know nothing."
"Those that lock their jaw, shut their mouth and go to work are the ones you've got to fear the most."
You don't get that kind of back and forth in the NFL. God bless college football.

The SPEECH OF THE YEAR at Skull Session goes to Justin Fyre.
He talked about a pissed off Buckeye team ready for a street fight.
Give the whole minute and a half a listen it will fire up any Buckeye fan: pic.twitter.com/IpjjOm6VJV
