Over the last several years, Bishop Gorman HS (NV) has been built itself into one of the premier high school football programs in the country under the guidance of Tony Sanchez. That run included six straight state titles, an endless stream of FBS-bound talent, and dominant performances on both sides of the ball week in and week out.
With Tony Sanchez's departure to lead the program at UNLV, his brother Kenny Sanchez was tabbed back in January to take the national powerhouse to the next level. Kenny has served as the program's defensive coordinator since 2009, and has been an instrumental part of the teams six straight state championships (2009-2014), while leading the program to 29 shutouts and allowing teams to score an average of under 12 points per game during his six seasons leading the defense.
This year clearly marks a new era for the program, and nothing ushers in a new era quite like a hype video...especially when it's as professionally done as this one.
As if playing one of the top teams in the country isn't intimidating enough, a modified version of the video below will be shown on the video board just before Bishop Gorman takes the field
Gorman opens their season against another one of the top programs in America in Chandler HS (AZ), who MaxPreps has ranked #16 nationally. Bishop Gorman comes into the game ranked by MaxPreps at #3 in the country.
