Tom Herman's arrival as Houston's new head coach brought a wealth of excitement to the program and fan base.
Maybe it was because of the job he did with those Ohio State quarterbacks the last few years, or maybe it had something to do with bringing home the Broyles Award as college football's top assistant coach, or maybe - just maybe - it was that national title glow he brought with him.
At any rate, there is no doubt that Herman and his staff have brought some new energy to the program, and their off season workouts illustrate that, with a heavy dose of competition throughout them.
"W-I-N. Okay? Win. WIN. Have fun. Compete your ass off. Win. Take pride in your team, and fight, not for yourselves, but for the man next to you." Herman tells the team to open the clip.
