Video: Tour the weight room at Miami (OH)

In Chuck Martin's first year with the Miami (OH) program, some serious strides were made. The RedHawks went from zero wins in the year before him, to two in 2014, and seven of their ten losses were by 10 points or less.

Tomorrow's recruiting class will add another chapter, but as the coaches have been out on the road recruiting their tails off, the strength staff has been hard at work with the current roster in the weight room, and another year of off season development in the weight room should be really beneficial. Once you see all the equipment that Miami has at their disposal, you'll see why.

Head strength and conditioning coach Paul Harker leads this tour of the RedHawk split-level weight room, which takes up just over 9,000 square feet.

You'll notice that there is no shortage of toys for the strength staff to utilize, and Harker was so found of one piece of equipment in particular (a leg press machine) that he packed it up and moved it from Wayne State University (D-II - MI) to the new digs in Oxford to share with his new team.
