Video: "Western Michigan is gROWing" (Featured)

PJ Fleck and his staff have not only transformed the Western Michigan program in their three seasons on campus, they've also brought a new energy to Kalamazoo and changed the way that people think of the Broncos.

With all of that, along with back-to-back 8-5 seasons after a 1-11 inaugural season followed by some of the best recruiting classes the MAC has ever seen, the bar of expectations for the program have also been raised. No video better illustrates all of that than this one that WMU rolled out yesterday, showcasing a "gROWing" program - yes, in typical Fleck fashion.

"It's been the year of 'nevers,' but they're not 'nevers' anymore, they're now expectations for every year moving forward," the Broncos' head coach explains in the clip.

Fleck then goes on to list the various accomplishments of the 2015 team, including the program's first MAC West title, a top-5 toughest non-conference schedule in the country including Michigan State and Ohio State, the program's first ever top-25 win, and back-to-back bowl games for the first time in school history, including the team's first ever bowl win.
