West Chester hires successful Division III coach to lead program (West Chester)

Over the last three seasons, West Chester (D-II - PA) has lost 14 games with an overall record of 16-14 over that span.

Their new head coach has lost about the same amount of games over the past 10 seasons.

Hoping to becoming consistent winners, West Chester has landed one of the most successful coaches in Division III football, and they didn't have to leave the state to find him.

Delaware Valley (D-III - PA) head coach Charles "Duke" Greco has been tabbed to take over the Golden Rams.

Greco has led DelVal on a remarkable 91-15 run over the past decade.

Each of his ten seasons at the helm has ended in the postseason with three trips to the NCAA quarterfinals, six straight MAC championships, and he is also a four-time MAC Coach of the Year.

He led DelVal to a 9-1 record last fall, and extended their win streak over conference opponents to 53 straight games, a feat that stretches back to the 2016 season.

Greco inherits a West Chester program that went 6-5 last season.
