For a long, long time the NFL Draft was set in New York City, but beginning back in 2015, the location of the NFL Draft has moved from city to city based on a bidding process that is then voted on by league owners.
This past draft was held at Jerry's World at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, before that it in Philly, and Chicago was the city with the winning bids the first two seasons the draft went on the road.
