Most teams' throwback uniforms look totally different than their normal looks. That's the entire point, right? Like the Green Bay Packers.
Or the Denver Broncos.
Even the Miami Dolphins, whose uniforms have changed enough that these are easy to differentiate from their current look.
And then there is Penn State.

The lack of substantial changes here actually works, because Penn State's uniform gimmick is that their uniforms have no gimmicks. They change by not changing.
The "new" uniforms will be on display Sept. 30 as the Nittany Lions take on Indiana.
