Photos: Tim Beckman's custom built Urbana, IL home has hit the market (Featured)

Former Illinois head coach Tim Beckman's house officially hit the open market in Urbana, IL earlier this week.

Beckman reportedly bought the parcel of land the home sits on upon taking the job with the Illini and had the home custom built for him. The home features four bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths, a swimming pool, and a small section of waterfront and a pool behind the house. According to the realtor's listing, there is a fifth room that Beckman had used as a "sitting room" that can easily be converted to add an extra bedroom.

With views out back of a golf course, other features include a wine cooler, a theater room, exercise room, and a pretty nice looking wet bar in the basement.

The house is listed at $950,000. At 6,380 square feet, that ends up just shy of $150 a square foot. With a down payment of 10% ($95,000), and with a 3% interest rate, the mortage on the house will cost you just over $3,608 a month (not including taxes and insurance).
