Purdue is reportedly set to reunite new offensive coordinator Graham Harrell with a member of his former USC staff.
Brandon Marcello tweets that former USC tight ends coach Seth Doege is joining the Boilermakers staff as tight ends coach.
Doege spent last season as an analyst on Lane Kiffin's staff at Ole Miss.
After two seasons as a quality control analyst with the Trojans, Doege was promoted to tight ends coach in January of 2021.
Doege arrived at USC after three seasons on the staff at Bowling Green, where he rapidly ascented from graduate assistant, to receivers coach, to special teams coordinator in his final season with the program.
A former record setting quarterback at Texas Tech, Doege threw for over 4,000 yards and set the NCAA completions percentage record after going 40-44 against New Mexico and would go on to complete over 70% of his passes his senior year while completing a school record of 69% of his passes while a Red Raider.
