Legend has it: Happy wife = Happy life. Well yesterday, Auburn offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee and his wife Lauren, who loves cars, went to Atlanta Motor Speedway and pushed the cars to their max in an attempt to prove #AuburnFast...and to see who owns that title within their own family.
Lauren hit a top speed of 149 mph and had a fastest lap of 42.79 seconds.
Rhett ran wide open but could "only" hit a top speed of 147 mph and a best lap of 43.35.
Lauren not only beat Rhett; but she also turned in the fastest lap at the track yesterday! Rhett told FootballScoop the experience was awesome and recommended it to anyone who loves to drive fast.
