#ScholarshipAlert: PJ Fleck crafted an Easter Egg hunt to surprise a walk-on with a scholarship (Featured)

When it comes to awarding a deserving walk-on with a scholarship, PJ Fleck is most likely the king of college football

At Western Michigan he onside kicked a ball with a scholarship letter to a walk-on once, and then outdid that by putting on pads and going head-to-head with another walk-on before Sylvester Stallone hit the Jumbotron to award the kid with a scholarship.

His first attempt at Minnesota was equally as creative as those other two mentioned, as Fleck, along with help from his wife and coaching staff, put together an Easter Egg hunt around the football facility, where 1,000 eggs were hidden. If that wasn't enough, he took two players and physically taped them together at the wrist to make things even more interesting.

Once the half-hour hunt was up, the player reconvened in the team meeting room and all opened their eggs at once, and read the small slip of paper on the inside of each egg saying that teammate Blake Cashman had earned a scholarship.

Of course, the place went nuts, and Fleck wasn't done with the surprises. Check out the video for the full thing.

It's been an absolutely ELITE week!! Congrats again to @blockayyy!! Spring Game tomorrow!! #RTB#HYPRR#SkiUMahhttps://t.co/dgpkQnc1MMz
