Source: Hawaii adding an FCS offensive coordinator to staff (Featured)

Sources tell FootballScoop that Todd Graham is adding William & Mary (FCS - VA) offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Brennan Marion to the staff.

We are told Marion will work with the wide receivers.

Marion has been an offensive mind on the rise in coaching circles, known for his creative offensive approach he's coined the "GoGo Offense" that has helped turn around FCS programs at William & Mary and Howard.

Before following Mike London to William & Mary, the two worked together at Howard, where Marion also called the offense. With the Bison, Marion's offenses ranked in the top 25 nationally in total offense, passing offense, and scoring offense, and led the MEAC in a bunch of offensive categories as well, including rushing yards per game.

He's been rising through the coaching ranks quickly, starting his coaching career at the high school level where he helped orchestrate two quick turnarounds at Saint Patrick-Saint Vincent HS (PA) and at Waynesboro Area (PA) where he led both teams to the playoffs after Waynesboro had gone winless the year before, and Saint Patrick-Saint Vincent won just one game the year prior.

Marion's relationship with new Hawaii head coach Todd Graham goes back to Tulsa, where he played receiver for two seasons under Graham and set a number of records, including leading the nation in yards per catch (31.9 yards). He later went on to work with Graham at Arizona State as well.

His personal story is well documented and incredibly inspirational as well, as he went from homeless to an unsigned free agent NFL contract with the Dolphins in just a few years.
