Raisbeck brought previous Big Ten experience to Madison with a stop as a special teams analyst at Penn State as well as some other key experience.
Earlier this year, Raisbeck accepted the special teams coordinator job at UC-Davis before ultimately deciding to return to a role in the Big Ten.
Now, just a few months after joining the Badgers program, sources tell FootballScoop that Raisbeck has earned a promotion to assistant special teams coordinator.
In that role, he will continue his work alongside special teams coordinator Matt Mitchell, the former head coach at Division II power Grand Valley State, who also coaches the Badgers outside linebackers.
Also owning experience at the Division II, Division III and NAIA levels, as well as NAIA football and in Europe for teams in both Norway and Switzerland, Raisbeck also has Group of Five experience from a season at Utah State, when Stacy Collins was named the Mountain West Conference's Special Teams Coordinator of the Year and Raisbeck was his assistant.
