After losing multiple members of its highly regarded player personnel department, LSU has found a key new leader for the top role, sources tell FootballScoop Wednesday.
Brian Kelly is hiring away Preston Tiffany from Lane Kiffin's Ole Miss football program, per sources.
Tiffany will helm the role of player personnel director at LSU.
The Tigers have been revamping that department after losing multiple members earlier this year, including reigning FootballScoop Player Personnel Director of the Year Will Redmond.
Redmond last month garnered a multi-year contract to become the general manage at Auburn.
LSU presently has one of the nation's best recruiting classes for 2025, and Tiffany will be charged will helping the Tigers hang out to a group of verbal commitments that includes three five-stars.
The No. 2-ranked 247Sports recruiting class is headlined by five-star quarterback Bryce Underwood and wideout Dakorien Moore.
