Steelers vs. Titans postponed after additional positive COVID tests (steelers)

The Week 4 Steelers vs. Titans game has been postponed until later this season, the league has announced this morning.

The decision comes after one additional Titans player and one personnel member tested positive for COVID-19 earlier today.

Those two positive tests bring the total to 11 positive tests within the Titans organization to include five coaches and six other employees (including some defensive assistant coaches), Adam Schefter tweets.

A statement from the league reads in part:

"The decision to postpone the game was made to ensure the health and safety of players, coaches and game day personnel. The Titans facility will remain closed and the team will continue to have no in-person activities until further notice."

A new date for the rescheduled game is expected shortly.
