North Carolina A&T: The North Carolina A&T State University Strength and Conditioning department is accepting applications for a PAID internship for the Spring 2015 semester. The candidate must have a strong passion for the field, and desire to continue to grow as a strength and conditioning coach. The successful candidate will oversee the annual training program for assigned teams as well as assist with the Football program. The candidate will also have the opportunity to obtain the CSCCa-SCCC certification through the CSCCa mentorship program. Preferred qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a program in the strength and conditioning field, currently have or in the process of obtaining the SCCC, CSCS, and CPR/AED certifications. Colorado State: John Michael Clay, an assistant strength coach at Samford, is joining the Colorado State strength staff as an assistant strength coach working with the football team.
