Texas A&M - Kingsville: Texas A&M - Kingsville is seeking to hire a head strength & conditioning coach / lecturer. This position reports to the Sr. Associate Athletics Director and is responsible for teaching a specified course load within the Department of Health and Kinesiology. Duties include but are not limited to: Course instruction and student learning; program design, guiding student-athletes through a regimen of exercises to optimize performance and decrease injury potential; mentoring, scheduling, overseeing student interns; assisting with oversight of sport-specific conditioning programs, teaching proper weight lifting, speed, agility and conditioning techniques; scheduling athletic teams and supervising workouts of student-athletes. Bradley University (IL): The Bradley University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking a highly motivated, dedicated professional for the position of Assistant Sport Performance Coach. This is a 12-month, part-time, entry level position. This position offers the opportunity to gain direct experience training Division I athletes, encompassing strength and conditioning program design and implementation for 200+ student-athletes in all 15 sports; involving education and instruction on proper lifting technique, running mechanics, speed development, agility training, flexibility and recovery methods. Primarily responsible for upholding the values and mission of Bradley Athletics, providing every student-athlete the opportunity for both a distinctive education and a championship experience, pertaining to performance enhancement and injury prevention through implementation of research based training. One to three years of strength and conditioning experience in a collegiate environment is also preferred.
