Bridgewater (D-III - VA): Wagner College head strength coach Brandon Beach has accepted a position at Bridgewater College, per sources.

Menlo College (CA): Menlo College Department of Athletic Performance is accepting applications for the Fall of 2014 Athletic Performance Internship Program. This is an unpaid position where you will receive hands on experience running your own team with the mentoring from senior staff members. Other benefits include are some meals, Menlo attire, tutelage of program design for multiple sports, and potential to earn a stipend to the strongest candidate. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting the strength and conditioning staff with the implementation of sport specific injury prevention, strength, speed, agility, flexibility, mobility, and conditioning program. Team responsibilities will include five teams: Football, Men’s Basketball, Softball, Men’s Soccer, and Baseball. Potential Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least one of the following Certifications must be in progress: CSCS, SCCC, USAW. Candidates must possess an enthusiastic spirit, strong characters, relentless work ethic, demonstrate effective organization and communication skills and must have a strong willingness to learn and be a self-starter. Colorado State-Pueblo: Colorado State University-Pueblo (CSUP) is accepting applications for Strength and Conditioning Interns and/or Volunteer Assistants for the 2014-15 Fall and Spring Semesters. CSUP is a highly competitive D-II program located in Pueblo, CO, which enjoys a very low cost of living. Responsibilities include: assisting with the supervision and training of CSUP’s intercollegiate athletic teams; assisting with daily administrative and maintenance duties. Qualifications include: strong work ethic; punctuality; enthusiasm; desire to further one’s career in the field of strength & conditioning. Preferred qualifications include: pursuing Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science or related field; CSCS, SCCC, or USAW certifications; CPR certification and coaching experience. Individuals chosen for the position are subject to college/university background checks. This is a volunteer position.
