Mercer: Mercer University, a Division I FCS member of the Southern Conference, is currently accepting applications for the position of Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. The position is responsible for Assisting the Director of Strength & Conditioning in all departmental functions. Duties will include assisting with Mercer Football Strength program as well as writing and implementing Strength program for multiple other assigned teams. Qualifications required are experience with teaching and demonstrating the Olympic lifts, Power lifts; 6+ months experience in writing and implementing sports performance team programs; first aid and CPR certified; an accredited certification (preferably CSCS, USAW, or SCCC). Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word required. Applicants should have a strong desire to pursue a career as a full time, collegiate strength & conditioning coach.
