Old Dominion: The Old Dominion Sports Performance Department is currently accepting applications for the position of Assistant Football Sports Performance Coach. This is a 12 month entry level position. Duties will include, but are not limited to: assisting staff with the daily implementation of football sports performance, assist the Assistant Director of Sports Performance Coach with field hockey sports performance and will serve as the primary contact for men’s soccer. Compensation: $16,700 to be paid in monthly stipends. Preferred Qualifications: prior collegiate athletic playing and/or coaching experience, CPR/AED certified, certification or working towards certification through NSCA or CSCCA. Davidson: Davidson College Strength and Conditioning is currently accepting applications for one part-time assistant strength and conditioning coach. Responsibilities include: assisting with the supervision and training of Davidson’s 21 Division I intercollegiate athletic programs; assisting with daily administrative and maintenance duties; work closely with the sport coaches to develop the best hands on strength and conditioning programs for their respective sports. Required qualifications must include: strong work ethic, CSCS Certification, desire to learn, enthusiasm, desire to become a qualified collegiate strength and conditioning coach.
