North Texas: The University of North Texas: Department of Strength and Conditioning - Strength and Conditioning Mentorship Program. UNT is a proud member of Conference USA Athletics and is searching for aspiring strength and conditioning coaches to fill volunteer mentorship coaching positions available for the 2016 SPRING semester (81/11 – 5/13). Prospective mentorship candidates will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of the North Texas Strength and Conditioning coaching staff, a Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCCa) approved mentor, as well as gain in-valuable hands-on experience working with Division I athletes (both Football and Olympic sports). Mentees will have the opportunity to participate in the UNT Strength and Conditioning Professional Development & Educational Curriculum. Please note, this is a voluntary position and there is no monetary compensation. Applicants should be committed to developing themselves as a strength and conditioning professional and devoted to working their way up in the strength and conditioning coaching profession.
