Albright College: Albright College is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Strength & Conditioning Intern Coach. Qualifications: BS degree in Exercise Science or related field required. Certification in CPR and First Aid required. Candidates with CSCS will be given preference. Duties: Work closely with the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in developing intercollegiate athletes from 23 sports to reach their full athletic potential. Other duties include: designing specific S&C programs for each sport, setting workout schedules, implementing workouts, coaching athletes on proper technique, reporting testing results and other duties as assigned by the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach and the Athletic Director. Compensation: This intern position includes a $3,500 annual stipend paid over a ten month contract, free off-campus housing (shared with two other coaches, each in own room), free utilities and free meal plan in campus dining hall. St. Francis (NAIA - IL): The University of St. Francis is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Strength & Conditioning Graduate Assistant. Villanova: Villanova University is currently accepting applications for volunteer strength and conditioning interns for Fall 2012. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be in or have completed a Bachelor’s degree program geared toward Exercise Physiology or a related field; Must have CPR / AED certification. Merrimack: Merrimack College located in North Andover, MA is accepting applications for a one year, part time position of Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for the 2012-2013 academic year. The Warriors are a member of the Division I Hockey East Conference and Division II Northeast 10 Conference, and currently sponsor 22 varsity intercollegiate sports that provide opportunities for nearly 400 student athletes.
