Colgate University: Is now accepting applications for strength and conditioning internships for the 2009 academic semesters. Interns will assist the strength and conditioning staff in the day-to-day operations of the Colgate University Varsity Weight Room. Duties will include but are not limited to; assisting the sports performance staff in implementing strength and conditioning programs for 25 varsity sports, instruct safe and proper execution of all facets of sports performance, and assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the facility as well as other duties as needed. Requirements: Pursuing Bachelors or Masters degree in exercise science or a related field. Experience in a collegiate setting, and/or a strong desire to become a strength and conditioning coach at the collegiate level.
